AKC6200

Synchronous Rectification Controller

The AKC6200 is a low drop, high-performance synchronous rectification (SR) controller which is designed for the control of synchronous rectification MOSFET in Flyback converter. With built-in power management technology, the AKC6200 can be powered through VD and VIN without any auxiliary winding connected to VDD.

The AKC6200 can support DCM, CCM and quasi-resonant operations and wide output range in PD application. (from 3.3V to 20V for PD3.0 and PPS standard) The built-in intelligent gate regulation control can suppress the voltage spike on SR MOSFET to improve the efficiency performance during operation.

Furthermore, the light operation current at light load condition, the power dissipation is extremely low that the system is compatible with Energy star standard.

AKC6000

Flyback PWM Controller

The AKC6000 is a low drop, high-performance PWM controller which is designed for the control of flyback converter. The AKC6000 can support DCM, CCM and quasi-resonant operations and wide output range in PD application. (from 3.3V to 20V for PD3.0 and PPS standard)

The built-in soft-driving function can suppress the voltage spike on MOSFET to improve the EMC performance during operation. The AKC6000 provides several protections to prevent it from being damaged at abnormal conditions.
